Amazing hospitality by Vijay and Robin at Sportico Malur I had an exceptional day at Sportico Malur. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel itself was immaculate, with clean and cozy rooms, and a lovely amenities like pool, gym, restaurant What truly made our event stand out, was the exceptional service from the staff. I recently visited Sportico Resort, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The resort is beautifully maintained, with a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. One of the biggest highlights was the long zipline—it was thrilling, smooth, and gave an amazing rush while offering great views of the surroundings. The free fall activity was another standout experience, especially for adrenaline lovers. It felt completely safe yet incredibly exciting! The staff were friendly and well-trained, making sure everything was organized and enjoyable. The entire setup is perfect for groups, team outings, or even a fun day with friends and family. We were Group of 41 people the managed all our request personally, The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Event went on welll - Special thanks to Robin who accomodated all our Needs Kudos to Vijay f&b manager who were suportive in all aspects and request - Foods were served on time . Sangeetha-Jagadesh were supportive and attentive in all call from rooms and welcoming with all our office Guests HK Staffs were good and supportive Cons- Room service to be speedenup House Keeping Manager need to be trained how to behave with the Guest ~ Prathap L
